Will there be any changes to my service?

Billscrub does not make any changes to services.  We negotiate the bill to keep services as is.

What if I cancel my service?

If you cancel your subscription with your service provider, you will receive a prorated refund after disconnection bill is sent to support@billscrub.com.

Why do I need to submit certain personal information?

Service providers require specific security information in order to allow access to negotiate your bill. For example: Name, Address, Account #, Last 4 digits of SSN.

Is my personal information safe on Billscrub?

Our site is protected with an SSL certificate (https) which is used as a security measure by banks and other secured organizations.

Can I send in multiple bills?

There are no limits to the amount of bills that you can submit.

How do I pay Billscrub?

You will receive a bill with instructions on how to make payment.  Payments are processed through Stripe, the leading provider of secured online payments.
